Salmon stuffed avocados

Ingredients:
4 green onions
1 lemons
2 avocados
340g canned salmon (can also use canned tuna)
1 g fresh dill
4 g fresh parsley
115g mayonnaise
sea salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
How to prepare
Mince green onion. Juice lemon. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
Scoop a small amount of the flesh into a mixing bowl and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir until just combined (try not to over-mix).
Fill the avocado shells with the mixture and enjoy!
Goes well with: MIxed green leaf salad.
