Hi I’m Livia Esterhazy
Like many of you, I have a full life. I am a mum and wife to a blended family of 5. Our children keep me very busy but when I do get time, I love playing in nature through mountain biking, swimming , kayaking, hiking and now paragliding! I also love exploring new cuisines so, you’ll often find me in the kitchen or restaurants!
I have led and transformed organisations and teams my entire career. I’ve felt that white fear of stress, of uncertainty in making decisions, of sheer exhaustion, of sleepless anxiety filled nights and of the highs as well!
I’m often asked where I get all my energy from, and I can say without a doubt that over the last 25 years I’ve learnt what an incredible ancient bio-computer our body is. We have simply never been taught how to run it to be optimal.
I can help you transform your health and achieve the goals you want not matter how busy your life might be. It IS possible. If you want to find out more, simply click on the button below and book in a 15min chat with me.
My Mottos:
Something good always comes out of something bad
Just start, do one thing today that your future self will thank you for
Fail fast, learn fast, fix fast
Family, Fitness, Fun and Food!
My Why
My mission is to enable busy professionals to finally reach their health goals and transform their lives once and for all.
I love seeing my clients rediscover and regain their energy, passion and resilience for their lives.
My Philosophy
Given the right support, the human body, mind and spirit can heal itself.
I believe in a bio-individual and realistic approach to wellness.
BIO-INDIVIDUALITY: Every single body is unique and should be approached in that way. There is no one size fits all. No one diet. No one pill. One person’s food can be another’s poison. That is why I will help you learn to listen to your unique body’s needs and work with those needs to transform you.
REALISTIC: You are a busy person and I really respect that. That is why I focus on making small and doable changes . These small changes have positive ripple effects over time. It’s not about deprivation (i.e., no carbs). It’s about making small doable lifestyle changes that add up over time and are sustainable.
