Green goodness smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • 70 g spinach leaves

  • 125 g frozen berries (I love blueberries)

  • 500 ml coconut water (or almond milk)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup

How to prepare

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or nutri-bullet and blend
