Coconut Matcha Porridge

Ingredients:
40 g rolled oats
240 g coconut milk
235 ml water
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of salt
toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts
How to prepare
In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, water, matcha powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes (adjust time based on the type of oats), or until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
Once cooked, remove the porridge from the heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
Serve the coconut matcha porridge in bowls, topped with an artful arrangement of fresh berries, toasted coconut flakes, and chopped nuts.
