Home made chocolate

Why?

Ingredients:

  • 250 g cacao butter (or coconut oil)

  • 2/3 cup Cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

How to prepare

  1. Put saucepan with cacao butter on heat and melt.

  2. Add the maple syrup and vanilla essence and melt together

  3. Take saucepan off the heat and stir in cacao

  4. Pour mixture into chocolate moulds

  5. Sprinkle cacao nibs over the top

  6. Place in freezer until hard

  7. Keep in freezer and take out to enjoy!

Note: They do melt if kept out of freezer.
