Broccoli Salad with Sesame and Cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads broccoli

  • 40 g dried cranberries

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare

  1. Chop the broccoli up into small pieces and cranberries.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and then pour over broccoli and cranberries and mix everything together including seasame seeds.

  3. For best results let sit for 30 minutes or so to let the flavors mingle.
